Hide “Included” Pricing for Zero-Price Services in Reservation System

The reservation system now fully respects the HideIncludedPrice product tag when displaying services with no price. When this tag is set, the label “Included” is no longer shown on the reservation screen for any user, including passengers and agents. This brings the reservation display in line with existing behavior on documents and invoices, where the “Included” label was already suppressed.

This update improves clarity by removing misleading pricing indicators for services that are not actually prepaid, and ensures a more consistent experience across the reservation screen and generated documents. It is especially relevant for Reservations Next operators who use the HideIncludedPrice additional data tag on services.

Within the Product menu select the Service that needs to be hidden and open the “Edit” menu

Enter HideIncludedPrice in the Key field and set the Value to Y

Once the Service and Product have both been saved the system will hide the Included tag within the Shopping Cart
