Apply Ignore to All Child Reservations in a Group

Overview

An option has been added to allow users to apply or remove queue ignore settings to all Child Reservations within a Group at once.

Set Up

• A checkbox labeled “Apply to all child reservations” is now available on the Queues screen when viewing a group parent reservation.

• The checkbox is only visible on parent reservations.

• When selected, queue ignore or removal actions apply to:

  • The parent reservation

  • All existing child reservations

Open

Workflow:

1. Open group parent reservation.

2. Navigate to Options → Queues.

3. Under Ignore by Queue, select a queue.

4. Select Apply to all child reservations.

5. Click Ignore.

Result:

• Parent and all existing child reservations are marked to ignore the selected queue.

Remove Workflow:

1. Open group parent reservation.

2. Navigate to Options → Queues.

3. Under Current Ignoring Queues, select Apply to child reservations.

4. Click the Remove icon.

Open

Result:

• Parent and all existing child reservations are removed from ignoring the queue.
