FIT Transportation
When using the Dynamic Package option users can select “Multi-Destination/Advanced” to create a multi-destination Reservation.
When selecting the Destinations there is an option to select a mode of transportation between the two.The FIT Transportation menu is what users will use to link those two destinations together and provide the available mode of transportation.
Creating FIT Transportations
Users can access the FIT Transportation menu by going to Product → FIT → FIT Transportation
Before building FIT Transportation records users should have the appropriate List Products and FIT Cities set up correctly . The Cities that are added in the Destination fields below will tie directly to the FIT Cities records

Users will select the “+” button to create a FIT Transportation entry
This will open the menu at the bottom of the page
Destination 1 - The first Destination the user is traveling to on their Reservation
Destination 2 - The Destination the user will be traveling to from Destination 1
Inter Rail - Can the Passenger travel from Destination 1 to Destination 2 by Rail?
Users can select Y or N
Users can also select the Number of Nights it will take between the two Destinations
Inter Car - Can the Passenger travel by Car?
Check (Yes) or Unchecked (No)
Inter Air - Can the Passenger travel by Air?
Check (Yes) or Unchecked (No)
Inter Transfer - Can the Passenger travel by another mode of Transportation?
Check (Yes) or Unchecked (No)
Once completed the user can select “Save” and the system will add the record into the list of entries above.
This record will only account for one transportation link between Destination 1 and Destination 2. For example in the record below there is only an entry from Athens (ATH) to Santorini (JTR)
If users want to offer transportation from Santorini to Athens they will need to create another entry where Destination 1 is Santorini (JTR) and Destination 2 is Athens (ATH)
