Passenger Manifests
Passenger Manifests Overview
The ability to view and run a passenger manifest is available under the Operations → Communications → Custom Manifest screen.
Once on this screen, users can view passenger details and begin customizing the view/columns displayed on the manifest by selecting "Passenger" under the search by option.
Users can either use previously saved manifests to specify the data that they want returned, view details without any customizations by using the search filters on the left hand side, or select "custom" to select the columns that they want displayed.
Using the Screen
To pull a Passenger manifest, first select "Passenger" in the "Search By" drop down.
Once this is selected, users can choose the way the data is displayed by either selecting "Table," "Text," or "Custom."
Note: Once the data is returned, users can either use the action tool bar at the bottom of the screen to confirm space, change the confirmation status or attach an email or they can export the details into a spreadsheet.

Table
Selecting the Table option will return the results in a grid view, similar to the layout of back-office screens. This view allows users to perform mass updates to key fields by using the “Mass Edit” function directly within the grid. This functionality streamlines data entry and supports efficient batch updates across multiple records.
Text
Using the "text" display option will return results similar to the view of the messages in the "Operation Messages Screen."
Custom
Use the Custom Display option to specify the passenger information that should appear on the manifest. Once the “Custom” option is selected, users can click the icon located beneath the magnifying glass icon to choose which columns they want displayed on the custom manifest.
This will display a list of data points that users can select from such as Passenger information, Reservation Information, and Service Information. Selecting these options will update the columns that appear in the middle of the screen. These options are expandable and collapsible.
The below outlines the process of choosing the columns to be displayed, updating the columns and then running the manifest.
Note: Results will return based on the inputs on the left-hand side of the screen.
Saving Manifests
Once a custom manifest has been generated, users can enter a name and select the “Save” icon to store the manifest configuration for future use. This allows the same customized view to be easily reused without rebuilding it each time.
Note: Saved manifests are accessible to all internal users within the organization.
All saved manifests will appear in the dropdown menu under the Manifest field—this becomes available when the “Search By” option is set to “Passenger.”
