This document describes the supported browsers for Softrip’s back-office and front-end browsers.
Note that this list includes the browsers that Softrip supports and tests, but other unlisted browser and versions (e.g. Safari on MacOS) may also work but will not be supported by Softrip.

Reservations and CMS (Front-End/RWN)

For public-facing applications (RWN - e.g. Reservations and CMS), the supported browsers are:

  • Chrome for Windows - Version 109.0 and later (stable versions only)

  • Firefox for Windows - Version 109.0 and later (stable versions only)

  • Edge for Windows - Version 109.0 and later (stable versions only)

Back-Office Applications

For the back-office applications (AppsNext), the supported browsers are:

  • Chrome for Windows - Version 109.0 and later (stable versions only)

  • Firefox for Windows - Version 109.0 and later (stable versions only)

  • Edge for Windows - Version 109.0 and later (stable versions only)
