If the product is set up to allow shared rooms, user will enter which room types are to be available for share. For example: Enter AA to allow Shared Doubles, Enter AAA to allow shared Triples, Enter AA/AAA to allow shared Doubles & shared Triples.
Distribute Free Cost:
This is used for Custom Groups. Used for the Costing/Pricing process. It tells the system whether to actually distribute the free's to pass on to the passengers or not. If the box is checked, the system will take in to account the free's and update the total cost accordingly so that you can set the markup.
Basically, if you go to the Cost Summary in Groups you can see the Land Free row. That would be 0 if this box is un-checked even if you are getting free's from the Suppliers.
The Options Code:
Is a way to include a full list inside a product. If you have a package that goes to Rome for instance and you want to allow the passengers to choose ANY optional sightseeing tour within Rome, you can just add the Rome Sightseeing list product here and they will all display in the booking process. It allows you to not have to add all of those services into your product since you already have a list with those.
Product Status
The status of the product determines if the product is for sale or not. Only "Active" status will be able to be booked on the reservation site.
