If your Softrip applications are completely down and you are experiencing an outage, use the following steps to diagnose and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Note that Softrip considers an outage as an emergency only under one of the following conditions:

  • All users cannot finalize reservations

  • All users cannot log in to back-office or reservations applications

 

All other cases will not be considered emergencies and will be addressed according to their severity and impact during regular business hours.

 

Step by Step

  1. If you are on-premise

    1. If you host your own applications, your first point of contact should be your own IT team. They will have the tools necessary to diagnose and address the most common issues that may come up.

  2. If your Softrip applications are hosted by Softrip or your IT team cannot resolve the outage:

    1. Report the issue using Jira:
      https://softrip.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

    2. Reach out your Softrip contact by email and by phone and make sure to include the Jira ticket number you just created
