When users use the Dynamic Package option to shop for Services such as Hotels, Car Rentals, or Sightseeing Tours the FIT Cities menu is what links the Destination they are shopping to the Services being offered.

Creating FIT City Entries

The FIT Cities menu is located under the Product → FIT → Cities Menu

Before building an entry users must have previously created a City Code for the Destination they are building and built List Packages they want to offer for that City

Users can select the “+” sign to build a new entry

This will open the build menu at the bottom of the page

  • Airport Code: Code assigned to the Airport that the user wants to tie to the City

  • Hotels: The Product Code for the List Product that is used for Hotel Services

  • Transfers: The Product Code for the List Product that is used for Transfer Services

  • Options: The Product Code for the List Product that is used for Optional Services. Commonly used for SST and Meal services

A City will only appear within the Dynamic Package Destination drop down when:

In the example below City Code PHX has no Service entries, but has the Softrip Brand loaded and is set as “Active”

However this City will not appear unless all 3 other above conditions are met
