Brochure Set Up and Requests Overview

The brochure set-up and the brochure requests screens are designed to allow companies to offer the ability to request brochures to external users under either a companies third party CMS or Softrip's CMS.  The intention of this process is to allow users to display these requests to users in order to allow their direct contacts (either travel agents or passengers) ability to opt into or request a brochure.  Once a contact opts into the brochure, users can access these details in the brochure requests screen.  From there, users can export the contact details and send the requested brochures to their direct contacts using a third party.

Note:  The ability to display the brochure requests in either a third party CMS (your website), Softrip's CMS, or in Softrip's reservations application, users will need to contact Softrip to enable this link.

The brochure screens can be accessed under the Marketing subsystem.
