  1. Access User Accounts

    • Log in to your Office 365 Admin Center.

    • Navigate to the Exchange Admin Center (EAC) by selecting Admin > Exchange.

  2. Assign Send-As Permissions

    • For each internal user account (e.g., user@company.com):

      1. Go to User@company.com.

      2. DelegationEdit under the Send as section.

      4. Add the global authentication account (e.g., info@company.com) as a delegate for the user account.

      5. Save changes.

  3. Repeat for All Users

    • Repeat the steps above for each internal user email account that requires Softrip integration.

Testing

  1. Wait 30 minutes for the above changes to take effect

  2. Use the Softrip mail tester here (right-click, Save As):

  3. Fill in the current mail server settings (authentication account, server, port, etc.)

  4. Send yourself a test message

  5. Review the result (success or failure) with your mail server administrator to find the root cause of the issue.
