The Assign Shares menu allows users to pair Passengers who’ve booked a Shared Room together.

Assign Shares Search

Users will first need to use the Search section to return a list of Shared Passengers. They can search by Tour ID/Tour Code or by Product Code and Departure Date

When a Tour Code is entered the Product Code and Departure Date fields will be greyed out:

When a Product Code is filled out the system will grey out the Tour Code field and will return the next available Departure Date. Users can use the drop down to change Departure Dates:

Assigning Shares

Once the Search selections have been made users will select the “Search” button and all Passengers who’ve not been assigned will appear under the “Unassigned Passengers” section

If the Passengers in the example above are sharing a room together users can select one of the passengers, hold Shift on their keyboard and click on the second passenger

They can then select “Assign to New Room”. This will assign them together and list the Room Number under the “Assigned Passengers” section

If one of these Passengers was assigned by mistake users can select that Passenger and select the “Unassign Passenger” button. This will send them back to the “Unassigned Passengers” column

If they need their own room select that Passenger under the “Unassigned Passengers” and select “Assign to New Room” and the system will show a new Room with that passenger

If they need to be added back to Room #1 users will need to select the passenger from the “Unassigned Passengers” column and select “Assign to Existing Room”. This will display a pop up menu with a drop down so the user can select which Room they want to assign this Passenger
