One of the primary objectives of Operations in the travel industry is to ensure that booked services are effectively communicated to the relevant parties and that confirmations are obtained for these services. To achieve this goal, Softrip offers two main screens to assist users. The Ops Messaging process in Softrip facilitates communication of services and guest names to vendors, while the Confirm Reservations screen aids in tracking reported services, unreported services, and those requiring follow-up.
