Create and assign tasks:
Individual or recurring tasks can be created on the calendar. These tasks can be added to an individual's calendar, or, the tasks can be assigned to other users within the organization. These tasks can vary anywhere between scheduling a meeting with another individual within the organization to setting a daily, weekly, or monthly reminder.
View other calendars:
Users can view the calendar of other individuals within the organization. This is particularly helpful when users want to schedule a meeting request with another individual within the organization. Another benefit to viewing another user's calendar is to allow management to view tasks that are currently open and assigned to their employees.
