Vendor Direct

Summary

Vendor Direct is designed to provide our customer’s Vendors with the ability to log into a portal, view all reservations associated to the Vendor, pull manifests, and confirm services. This service eliminates the need to send rooming lists to the vendor, thus pulling the communication of services out of our customer’s hands and putting the responsibility into the Vendor’s hands.

Quick Facts

• Each Vendor will have their own portal with their own login.

• Each Vendor can only see their reservations and will not be able to access other Vendors information.

• Vendors will be able to add confirmation numbers to the services directly on the portal.

• You (our customers) will have the ability to control what you would like your Vendors to control.

• Vendors can post messages back to the internal users directly in the portal.

• Similar to “reservations,” you will have the ability to “impersonate” a Vendor.
