Card on File / Tokenization

This allows for the card to only be authorized and not charged at time of reservation and saved in a separate table so that clients can charge the card at a later time. The Credit Card on file is stored with a token.

Direct Unique Link to Pay

The Direct Unique Link to Pay is the ability to have a direct link that takes an external users to the reservation’s payment screen without requiring the user to log into the Softrip platform.

Users will not be able to navigate to any other screen when making a payment and will have no access to the “actions menu.”

Process Overview

Reservation is created

Passengers are assigned

ResQueue is processed

Sends email to the passenger/contact with their unique link for payment

Prompt in action tool bar will be available to send this to the customer on the fly

User clicks the unique link in their email

User is sent to the shortcut login form
