How to Schedule a Withdrawal in the Portal

Use this guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the Softrip Payments Portal to schedule withdrawals (payouts) for Referrers.

Using the Payrix Portal, you can easily create a withdrawal of funds for yourself or a Referrer. You can set up a one-time balance withdrawal or recurring balance withdrawal based on your preference.

Scheduling Withdrawals

From the Portal Dashboard, click Withdrawals,Ā located under the Admin tab.

From within the Withdrawal Schedules section, click the Schedule Withdrawal button.

Ā

A popup will appear, asking you to set the parameters of your scheduled Withdrawal.

Ā

  • You can configure the frequency of the payout, specific dollar amount or percentage, and which bank account they will receive their ACH balance payout in.

  • Clicking Advanced Options within the popup will reveal a larger set of parameters you can use to customize your scheduled Withdrawal.

Ā

Once youā€™ve set all of your parameters, click Create Withdrawal.

Ā

Note: The most common Withdrawal Schedule is configured to send a Referrer 100% of their available balance daily. This pays out Referrers 100% of their earnings daily.

Enter a custom name for the Withdrawal Schedule. This optional field can be particularly useful for Referrers with multiple Withdrawal Schedules.

Float

Optional

A float amount is a dollar amount that you can enter that will be withheld from the Referrer's payout and will remain in their Payrix balance.

For example, a $10.00 float on a 100% daily Withdrawal Schedule means $10.00 of the Referrerā€™s available balance will be withheld in their Payrix account and not sent to their bank account.

By default, this field is not required because the Referrerā€™s Payrix Login ID is used. If you wish to hide this Withdrawal Schedule from the Referrer when they log in to the Portal you can enter an alternate Payrix Login ID in this field.

Optional

By default, a Withdrawal Scheduleā€™s start date will be the date it is created. However, you can select a future start date for the Withdrawal Schedule by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting a different date.

This optional field is intended for you to add a custom description to the Withdrawal Schedule as needed.

You can update this field to an amount greater than $10.00 if you desire.

You can set an optional maximum amount of an individual payout.

For example, if this field is set to $10,000.00 and the Referrer has an available balance of $11,000.00, $1,000.00 will be withheld from their payout.
