Direct Unique Link to Pay

 

With our Softrip Payments Processor, you can conveniently select a payment link to directly send to your customers, enabling them to make hassle-free and swift payments. This user-friendly feature will be easily accessible in the Action Tool Bar.

When passengers utilize this option, they will only have the ability to make payments and will not be granted access to view invoices or perform any other actions on their reservation.

This option is currently available in Reservations NET, but will be available in Reservations NEXT with the Softrip’s Payment Processor.

Note: You must be on Softrip’s Payments Processor in order to take advantage of this offering.

 

Price Upgrade Option

 

The Price Upgrade option is typically used if you want to set prices in different currencies for optional tours.

When you are managing a group, you will take the following steps to access the price upgrade option:

  • Use right-click / menu option on a service to view menu options available

  • Price upgrades will open in a new tab after selecting

  • User will enter in whatever upgrades they want to set for that service

  • User will close the tab to return back to the Group Costing screen
