To enhance your grasp of the various fields within the Softrip application and facilitate easy access to help guides while navigating through the screens, we're excited to share an update. Now, you can conveniently access all completed help guides directly from the back-office screens. This improvement aims to make your experience more user-friendly and efficient as you explore the functionalities of Softrip.

Product Amenities and the Package landing Page  

 

Who does benefit:

  • Users on the Reservations NEXT platform that want to display some form of a daily itinerary on the package landing page.

  • Any user who was familiar with the product amenities in NET and will use them in NEXT.

  • Group users

Why do we care:

  • Allows our customers to customize the package landing page, which is user facing.

  • NET to NEXT function

 

For users leveraging the Amenities feature to upload itineraries on the Reservations NEXT platform, we've implemented an enhancement to the package landing page. Specifically, we've introduced a dedicated "daily itinerary" tab that showcases relevant images associated with it.

To utilize this feature: Navigate to the left side of the interface and locate "product amenities," typically found under the "webpage" menu option. Once there, you have the flexibility to include unstructured text under the amenity type "daily itinerary." These particulars will subsequently be presented on the package landing page, neatly organized under the designated "daily itinerary" tab.

 And, don’t forget, in our previous releases you can access this back-office screen directly from the Group Summary page!

Additional Columns on the Chart of Accounts

 

Who does it benefit:

  • Accounting Users in Softrip NEXT

Why we care:

  • Provides users with additional information on the Chart of Accounts Screen

  • Net to NEXT functionality

 

Columns previously present in Softrip NET's chart of accounts screen have been recently incorporated into the NEXT platform. These added columns include:

  1. Export Account Number

  2. Who Stamp

  3. Date Stamp

 

Direct Unique Link to Pay - Action Tool Bar in Reservations NEXT

 

Who does it benefit:

  • Anyone who is using Softrip’s Payment Processor

  • Anyone who is using Reservations NEXT

Why do we care:

  • Provides our customers with a quicker way to collect payment on their passengers reservations

  • Quick and easy access to a payment link

 

For users navigating the Reservations NEXT platform and concurrently utilizing Softrip's payment processor, the Direct Unique Link to Pay option enables users to effortlessly send payment links directly from the Actions Toolbar within Reservations NEXT. This integration simplifies the payment process, offering an efficient and user-friendly experience for those leveraging both platforms.
