Projects System Updates

  • Customers who are actively using the Projects system in Softrip NEXT

Why we care:

  • The projects system is a feature that is available to any customer to purchase. This platform provides users to track contract correspondences with their suppliers and automatically create the supplier details in the Product Screen in Softrip.

  • These changes allow users to use the projects feature for both groups and set departures.

We are excited to announce new enhancements to the Softrip NEXT application, specifically targeting the Project system. These updates aim to streamline the management of projects with multiple departures, providing users with more flexibility and efficiency in planning and executing their travel products.

    • The Hotel Requests screen has been updated to handle multiple departures seamlessly. Users can now view and manage all requests associated with different departure dates more efficiently, with enhanced grouping options and expanded capabilities for updating inventory numbers.

  4. Expanded Supplier Inventory Requests:

    • The Supplier Summary screen now supports requests for inventory across multiple departures simultaneously. Users can easily save and update inventory data for all departures within a project, streamlining the inventory management process.

    • Softrip has implemented the PCI-Proxy solution into our system to facilitate secure payment transactions. PCI-Proxy acts as a secure intermediary between our applications and the payment provider's endpoint, ensuring the protection of sensitive cardholder data.

  2. Streamlined Payment Processing:

    • With PCI-Proxy, payment requests are securely transmitted through the proxy to the actual payment endpoint. This streamlined process enhances security and ensures compliance with PCI standards.

  3. Flexible Configuration Options:

    • Softrip has provided flexible configuration options for integrating PCI-Proxy with our payment gateways. Users can easily configure merchant IDs, API keys, and other settings to suit their specific requirements.

We are thrilled to introduce a new payment option within the Softrip NET application's Projects system: eCheck/ACH payments. This enhancement is part of Softrip's ongoing efforts to provide more flexible and secure payment processing solutions through our Softrip's Payment Processor platform.

    • Softrip now offers the ability to process electronic check (eCheck) or Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments through our Softrip's Payment Processor platform.
