How to create the Group shell

  1. Search for the Travel Agent you need to create the quote for.

    1. Marketing → Contacts → Manage Contacts

  2. Seach for Travel Agent Name

    1. Enter in Name of Agent First and Last Name or search based on CustomerID (IATA number).

    2. Select the Agent you need to create the quote for

  3. Click on “+Group” button

    1.  

       

  4. Enter in the following information. Group Name, Departure Dates, Number of DAYS (Not Nights), and select the market code.

  5. Group Shell has been created
