Adjust your contracted Rates and Prices

Setup → Add Services
To update the Contracted rate you have received, on the top grid enter in the total cost per person, per duration and Save. Ex: 3-night stay based on 2 adults in the room is $900 and 1400 for Single, and 1050 for Triple After entering in the field, make sure you click out of the cell and make sure the text is Red before saving.
To Update your pricing, you can either enter in the percentage (25% or /.75), flat markup amount($300) on the Land Markup row or enter in the price you want to quote the Travel Agent with and Save
Go to the next room category, click on the filter menu, select the room category, and show costs
And follow the steps 1,2,3 to update to cost and Pricing as desired. Follow Step 4 to update the following room categories until all is updated as desired.
