Mail Server Settings Overview

The Mail Server Settings section in Softrip is located under the Security subsystem in the system settings. 

 

Typically, users will need to setup their information in this screen one time.  Once these details are added to the screen, users will be able to send emails on behalf of their organization from within the Softrip screens.

The settings that are entered into this screen are dependent on the mail client that is used within the organization.  Below are helpful links that will help you identify where you can find this information under a few different mail clients.

Outlook:
