My Account Overview
My Account in Softrip provides passengers with a platform to log in and undertake a variety of actions. It serves as a portal empowering them to update personal and account-related information such as addresses, date of birth, preferences, and travel credits. Additionally, they can review their list of reservations and perform certain actions within the reservation system, such as adding optional services (while removal may not be allowed) and inputting transfer details for their transfer services.

Passengers
The Passenger menu option enables users to update passenger information, including address, phone number, preferences, review Travel Insurance details, and assign optional services to guest names.
Optional
Passengers can add optional add-on services provided they are set up in your product. Note: Once added, passengers cannot remove any services from their reservation, as there may be penalties associated with added services.

Travel Insurance
Navigates the user to the Passenger Page for Travel Insurance options. Kindly note that the current process restricts users from updating or changing their insurance selection; it is solely for display purposes."
Payment History
Payment
The user can choose between selecting existing stored credit card information or entering new card details.
Documents
The user has the option to view their most recent invoice, travel documents, and any schedule changes if they have booked air travel. Please note that the accessibility of these documents is governed by a set of business rules. For example, travel documents may not be accessible until payment is made in full, or the invoice needs to be approved by your company before guests can view it.
