MEMO CODES based on Name Setup (Not complete

Hi Oz,

I remember you mentioned you needed to know how the Memo Codes auto assigned on the Res Memos menu. This is set up against the User in the Securtiy -> Users menu under their Codes menu:

The Key is MEMOCODES and the Value is the name of the Action Code that appears on the List in the second image below:

When added the system will auto select the “Created For” user in the drop down when the Action Code is selected from the “Action Code” drop down:

Once these are set the cache will need to clear before you’ll see this start to work. Right now we can only assign Memo Codes to 1 User, but I think we talked about trying to get this to set to a Group of Users in Res Next.
