Navigating the Softrip CRM Overview
The Softrip CRM stores viewable information as it relates to all of the contacts and customers that exist within an application. These details include information such as the name, address, reservation history, commission code, dietary requests, sales representative assignments, opportunity/ lead requests and more. Â
Because our CRM is laid out differently from the other back-office screens in Softrip, the below outlines a quick tutorial on how to navigate the screens.Â
Viewing Contacts
Using the search parameters, relevant responses will respond at the bottom of the screen. Once the appropriate contact is selected, the contact's profile will open in a new tab. Â
Note: This is helpful when viewing and comparing multiple contact records at the same time in different tabs. Â

Searching for contacts with exact matches will still show the results at the bottom.

Conduct a new search by selecting the "search new contact" at the top of the screen. This will completely clear the search form and refresh the current page. Â
