Adding Additional Service Information Overview

In order to display additional information to internal and external users during the shop process, Softrip provides users with the option to add and store details within a service under the "itinerary description" field. Users can access this in the Product subsystem under Supplier Services.

Note: This information must be added at a per service level, and not at a per supplier level.

These details will be displayed in the following areas:

Reservations - Shop Results

Reservations - Cart View

Documents- Invoices

Documents - Quote Letter and Travel Documents
