Drag and Drop Emails Overview

In Softrip NEXT and Softrip Online, users have the opportunity to drag and drop email messages from their MS Outlook mail client into the Softrip screen.  This is particularly helpful in situations where users are working with suppliers and have an email communication back and forth that they want saved against a reservation.  Instead of copying and pasting the email contents, users can drag and drop the email, thus automatically copying the contents of the email into the message/screen itself.
