Product Services

The Product Services menu is a reporting menu that will allow users to search for Services that are built into all Products they have created in their system, past or present. This allows users to quickly identify where specific Services or Suppliers may have been built into a Package, List, or Custom Group.
Searching for Services
Users can use the search parameters on the left hand side to have the system return all Products that have that search parameter the user has entered.
Market Code: Users can search for Services within a specific Market Code
Product: Entering in specific Product Codes will show all services within those Products
Supplier ID: Users can search for a specific Supplier ID and the system will return each Product that contains a Service built under that Supplier
Service ID: Users can search for a specific Service ID and the system will return each Product that contains that Service ID
Service Type: Can be to search for specific Service Types
Only one Service Type can be used at a time
Description: Can be used to search for all Services that have a matching or similar description
No Custom Products: When checked system will exclude all Custom Products
Exclude Past Products: When selected the system will exclude all Products whose End Date has past
No Custom Services: When checked the system will exclude all Custom Services
Exclude Past Services: When selected the system will exclude all Services whose End Date has past

Results
When users select Search the system will return a list of records they can review. In the example below all HTL Services that exist within a Product have been returned:
Users can use the sorting options at the top of the menu to reorganize and redisplay the returned data.
Group By Supplier: System will group all Services by Supplier
Service ID: System will group all by Service ID
Product/Tour: System will group all by Product Code
Users can select the Export button the system will export a CVS file they can review offline.
