How to process schedule changes for Block Air

This article provides the steps on how to process Block Air Schedule changes and update the reservation that are impacted by these changes.

The process will be as follows:

Update Flight Itinerary for Air Block
Remove Air from Reservations
Add Air to Reservations

Update Flight Itinerary:

Once you receive an update from the carrier about a schedule change to your block air, take the following steps to update your records.

Steps:

Operations → Air → Block Air

Enter in the block code for the schedule change → search → and click on the right panel icon to open the panel. This will expose the flight itinerary details.

On the panel, double click on the cells to update the details as needed and click on Save button to complete.

Push the changes to the Reservations:

Once the flight itinerary details are updated on the prior step, you can update the reservations by removing the air from the reservations with older flight details and Add the air back with the current schedule.

Remove Air:

Steps: Select the block Air → Select the Reservation you wish to update with the current schedule → Actions Remove Air → Process

Once the air is removed, you will receive the following prompt.

Add Air:

Steps: Select the block Air → Select the Reservation you wish to update with the current schedule → in Actions Add Air - Process

Once the air is removed, you will receive the following prompt.

How it reflects on the Reservation(s)

On you complete this process the changes will reflect on the reservations as follows:

After change is Complete

You will notice that the time changes are now reflected on the reservation.
