Mass Update Prices

The Mass Update Prices menu in Product will allow users to quickly mass update multiple Departure Date and Prices records that may appear on similar Tours and Products.

Users can use any of the search parameters on the left hand side to search for the Departures they want to update. The system will return each appropriate Departure Date and Price record as its own line item in the results.

When searching from a large pool of records users can sort the results using the Grouping selection at the top of the results grid:

To make an update to a record the user will select the check box beside that record they want to change:

Once selected the user can mass update any value that has the “Mass Update” icon, two arrows facing opposite directions, present in the column’s header:

Selecting this icon will display a pop up that will allow the user to input the new value for that data:

When the new input is added for selected the user will select “Save Later”. This will allow them to review the change on the grid before selecting “Save” to finalize the change:

If the user is ready to finalize their change they can select “Save” at the bottom of the screen. This will finalize the change on the grid and update the record against the Product itself.
