Amenities

Amenities Overview

The Amenities screen gives users the opportunity to add additional information as it relates to the suppliers and services on groups, packages, or suppliers that are shopped through the Vacation Builder.

Users can access the Amenities screen in three different ways.

Amenities Grid

The amenities grid provides users with the ability to view all amenity types.  To customize details and add additional information, users will select the plus sign.  Once the plus sign is selected, users will need to select the amenity type.

Amenities- Profile

The easiest way to customize the details of suppliers is by accessing the "profile" screen.  Here, users will be able to add details regarding room amenities, update hotel images, identify hotel amenities and more.

Adding amenities under the amenities profile will set the "default" amenity type that is associated against that supplier.  Users will see that these amenity types will be saved with a service ID of "0" when viewing the amenities under the amenities grid in product.

Example

If a user creates a pop-up amenity in the hotel profile screen, then that image will display in reservations as that will be the default pop-up amenity.
